Turn Your
Dream Business
into Reality in
the UAE & We'll Handle
The Rest
You've thought about it long enough. Maybe you've looked it up a dozen times, compared free zones, wondered about the cost, and still aren't sure where to actually start. That's where we come in.
Nextor Corporate Services sets up businesses in the UAE properly, quickly, and without the runaround. Mainland companies, free zone registrations, visas, PRO services — we've done this for over 2,000 clients and we know exactly how to get it done for you too.
Your Gateway to
Business Setup in the UAE
Four things we do really well. Everything else that comes with running a UAE business — we handle that too.
PRO Services
Government paperwork in the UAE moves on its own schedule and it doesn't wait for you. Our PRO team handles visa applications, labour cards, trade licence renewals, ministry filings, and every piece of official documentation your business needs to stay operational. You focus on the business. We deal with the queues.
Company Formation
Mainland, free zone, or offshore — each one works differently, and picking the wrong one costs time and money. We help you understand the difference, recommend the right fit for your situation, and then manage the entire registration from first submission to trade licence in hand. Legal support included throughout.
VAT Registration
UAE tax compliance is one of those things that's easy to get wrong if you don't know the rules. We register your business with the Federal Tax Authority, make sure your records are structured correctly, and handle your VAT returns on time. If the FTA ever comes knocking, you'll be ready.
Golden Visa
10 years of UAE residency, no employer sponsorship needed. The Golden Visa was built for investors, business owners, and skilled professionals who want long-term stability in the UAE. We check your eligibility, pull the application together, and see it through so you're not guessing what comes next.
Our Pricing Plan
We don't do surprise fees. Before anything starts, you get a written breakdown of every cost — government charges, licence fees, visa costs, our service fee, all of it. The quote you get at the beginning is the number you pay at the end.

Company registration and investor visa handled together. If you want to live and operate in the UAE legally from the moment your licence is issued, this is the package that covers both.
Free Zone Dubai Incorporation with UAE Residency

The full mainland setup — DED trade licence, investor visa, and everything in between. For businesses that need to trade directly inside the UAE market with no restrictions on who they can work with or where they can operate.
Want to start a Business
in the UAE?
This is the question most people get stuck on — and it genuinely matters. The wrong choice can limit who you can sell to, how you operate, and what you spend. Here's the honest version of how they compare:
Mainland
Go mainland and there are no limits on who you do business with inside the UAE. Local customers, government contracts, retail premises anywhere in the emirate — all of it is open to you. Since the ownership laws changed in 2021, you can also hold 100% of the shares yourself. No local partner, no sponsor, no splitting your own company. If the UAE market is your market, mainland is where you should be.
Freezone
Free zones work differently. You're registered inside a specific economic zone — not on the Dubai mainland — which means you can trade internationally without restriction but can't sell directly to UAE mainland customers without a local agent. The upside: 100% ownership has always been the standard, setup is faster, costs are lower, and profits are yours to take home in full. For consultants, online businesses, and international traders, a free zone often makes more sense.
Seamless Process and Great Results.
Consultation & Strategy
The first call isn't a sales pitch. We ask questions about your business, your clients, your budget, where you want to operate, and what you're trying to build. Once we understand the full picture, we put together a plan: which licence type, which jurisdiction, which structure, and what the timeline looks like. You see the full cost before anything moves forward. No guesswork, no surprises.
Execution & Compliance
We take it from there. Applications submitted, government departments chased, documents coordinated, approvals tracked. If something needs a ministry sign-off or an extra round of documentation, we handle it without dragging you into the middle of it. You'll hear from us when there's something to report — not when there isn't.
Review & Partnership
Once the licence is issued and the paperwork is done, we go through everything with you — making sure the activities are right, the documents are correct, and nothing's been missed. Then we talk about what's next: visa renewals, licence renewals, accounting, team expansion. Most clients have been with us for years. The setup is just where things start.
Nextor is committed to delivering measurable results and building lasting relationships through trust and innovation.
Success Delivered
We're not here for a one-time transaction. The businesses we set up come back to us for renewals, for visa applications, for accounting support, for advice when the rules change. Over 2,000 clients have trusted us with their UAE setup, and the relationships we've built through that work are genuinely what we're most proud of.
